Street-Works developed an overall retail strategy for Washington, DC’s 110-block downtown core. This strategy established a clear market understanding and position while creating an organized structure for focusing new retail development, placemaking, and merchandising mix throughout the downtown.

This strategy has led to Street-Works participating in the development team for the Old Convention Center development which was the ‘crown-jewel’ of the downtown strategy.
