Jeff has over 20 years in the real estate business, as a principal, investor, and advisor. He oversees all facets of the day-to-day operations of real estate development for Street-Works.
As a principal, Jeff has been actively involved in over $1 billion of diverse and complex real estate transactions. He has acquired and managed over $100 million of defaulted commercial and residential mortgage loans.
As an attorney, advisor and consultant, Jeff has directed more than $2 billion of real estate investment. Among Jeffs completed deals are:
- the $70 million acquisition and subsequent mixed-use entitlement and leasing of 25 acres in Elizabeth, New Jersey;
- the creation and development of $11 million ground-up development of luxury condominium lofts and retail in New York City, NY;
- a $225 million repositioning and sale of a central Manhattan office property; the acquisition and resolution of 1,000s of non-performing mortgage loans secured by real estate across the U.S.; and
- the $11 million acquisition of a portfolio of industrial property in Long Island City.
Prior to joining Street-Works, Jeff practiced real estate law, with a client list that included The Caldor Corporation, The Stop & Shop Supermarket Company, Emigrant Savings Bank, Houlihan-Parnes Real Estate and others.
Currently, Jeff manages over $2 billion of real estate projects in pre-development at Street-Works. Throughout his career, he has personally overseen the development and management of over four-million square feet of real estate.
Jeff is a member of the New York Bar Association and is a licensed real estate broker.
