Lucy coordinates the conceptual planning, approvals and community outreach efforts for Street-Works’ developments projects. As a consultant, she also provides these services to our clients.

Over the last 20 years, she has filled this role for the company’s development projects including Ridgeway Center in Stamford, CT; New Roc City in New Rochelle, NY; Blue Back Square in West Hartford, CT; and currently on New Quincy Center in Quincy, MA. Each of these has represented significant, yet different entitlement challenges.

Lucy has also steered approvals for our consulting clients, including the Target Corporation and The Stop & Shop Supermarket Co.
